We’re hiring dedicated individuals to join our scallop grading and processing team, ensuring only the finest products reach our customers. Your role will be vital to our production process, and we offer comprehensive training and a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Operate machinery to sort, grade, and package frozen scallops with precision.
✔ Inspect products for quality, performing necessary adjustments to keep everything up to our high standards.
✔Record production details like quantity, weight, and date to ensure accurate records.
✔Work flexibly across various departments based on production needs.
✔Support your teammates by sharing best practices and contributing to a collaborative, efficient workspace.
✔Identify and help resolve production issues to maintain smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For:

✔Previous production experience or assembly experience (an asset but not required).
✔A high school diploma (preferred but not required).
✔A strong team spirit, adaptability, and a problem-solving attitude.

Physical Requirements:

✔Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
✔Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a cold environment with provided PPE.
✔ Willingness to climb, kneel, reach, crouch, crawl, and work in confined spaces as needed.
