Your days will include:

• Receiving bin inventories, entering/maintaining data in iHogs/GP, making feed order decisions based on farm bin inventory, optimizing mill and logistics efficiency.
• Making recommendation to Supervisor & Solutions on improvements to program, ensuring all background data is accurate & up to date.
• Aiding in month end counts and weekly inventory counts. Maintaining stock of supplies (office, spare parts, etc.).
• Updating records for reporting purposes (HACCP, med reconciliations, feeding plans, vet scripts, feed tags, etc.).
• Liaising between barns, production and logistics (assisting those who have this as their main job function).
• On call contact for feed redirects, production changes & farm site emergencies
• Other duties as assigned.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• Experience in Microsoft Office applications
• 1-year minimum experience in Feed Admin role
• Minimum Grade 12 Diploma
