Your days will include:

• Preparing reports using production information as determined by the company
• Preparing and ensuring that all metrics and reporting processes support the production effort
• Assist in reviewing and strengthening all SOPs, directives, and protocols within the finance department
• Assist with preparing weekly and monthly business unit information for reporting and analysis
• Develop new tools, metrics, and SOPs as assigned
• Create and import daily production entries
• Perform account reconciliations
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets of data

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• Successful completion of Grade 12; A College Diploma in Business Administration would be preferred.
• Prior office experience in Accounting is desirable.
• Exceptional focus and concentration abilities, enabling the candidate to remain undistracted while working on tasks for extended periods.
• Proficient in organizing things and actions in a logical sequence based on specific rules.
• Demonstrates the ability to select and apply appropriate mathematical methods or formulas to effectively solve problems.
